Recruiting Specialist, Jr.

The main objective is to source and evaluate candidates to be placed in different positions at Call Centers. Responsibilities include: plan and participate in Recruiting events/programs, perform phone interviews, schedule interviews and meeting, perform background checks, write reports, perform personal interviews, administer personality and technical tests, and other functions that are vital to the candidate Recruiting and Screening process.
Candidate must be outgoing, enjoy speaking with people, have good listening and analytical skills, be able to work at a fast-paced rate, have capacity for Multitasking, deliver results against deadlines
